Return Policy

If goods are damaged or faulty on receive please advice Perfume Home within 14 days of item received with the purchase invoice, Perfume Home needs clear picture of damaged products including original packaging with address label.  Once Perfume Home approved damaged and faulty goods are replaced or provide store credit. Perfume Home pays the delivery cost on return.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason , Perfume Home is happy to exchange it or provide you the store credit for the amount of the item returned providing the products is returned to us in its original condition , undamaged and unopened , including the outer packaging. The customer must pay all freight charges and must contact Perfume Home within 14 days of receiving the product with the purchase invoice, you will receive a full refund or store credit less shipping and any gift wrapping charges.

Shipping costs and gift wrapping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

Please allow up to 14 days to process your return or exchange.


Items are not entitled for returns

  • Items that are returned after 14 days of receive date
  • Items are opened
  • Items that have signs of used
  • Items that are not in their original packaging


How to return?

  • Contact Perfume Home through Contact Us page
  • Perfume Home evaluate your request and issue you with a Return Authorisation Number (RAN)
  • Clearly mention the RAN in package and return to the provided return address
  • When sending back the item, please ensure the item is securely wrapped and packed.
